It’s always hard to talk about yourself, but when it is about your passion it seems to flow a little easier.

I have always been drawn to the arts… the beauty that lies within. When I was younger I couldn’t decide what I wanted to do when I grew up. I decided to attend MSU for advertising and moved to Chicago after I graduated. After a few years in advertising sales I soon realized I needed more creativity in my life and went back to school for photography.

After graduating from my second degree I was fortunate to work for some great commercial photographers in West Michigan. My time with them was invaluable.

Now sixteen years into my career as a photographer, I can genuinely say it is what I am meant to do. I have been blessed with amazing clients and experiences along the way. I look at each photo shoot as an opportunity to create something beautiful….always pushing to refine my style and give a new perspective.

I love working with people and capturing the moments they are passionate about. Whether that is their creations, families or important events.

My interest in design and interiors, combined with a passion for photography allows me to step inside beautiful creative built environments. My artistic eye and attention to detail have led to shooting assignments both near and far. I have worked with talented architects, builders, interior designers and suppliers both locally and nationally.
